We aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for all orders placed through our store. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your items to be processed, packaged, and delivered to you. Processing times may vary slightly based on order volume or product availability, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information after  3-5 days production time. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues, but we will do our best to keep you updated.

If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you promptly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
